Effective Date: October 2026 • Hector Plumbing Solutions, Snohomish, WA
1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting our website (https://hectorplumbingsolution.link) or placing a telephone call to our dispatch desk at ((321) 559-0657), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and telephone services.
2. Scope of Plumbing Trade Services
Hector Plumbing Solutions provides residential and commercial plumbing diagnostic, maintenance, emergency containment, drain clearing, water heater installation, and side-sewer repair services within Snohomish County, Washington. All services are subject to technician availability, structural site accessibility, and weather safety considerations.
3. Estimates & Binding Written Agreements
Any preliminary phone discussions regarding plumbing diagnoses represent preliminary assessments based on customer descriptions. Binding scopes of work and pricing are established exclusively through our written, on-site diagnostics. Work commences only after the property owner or authorized representative signs or authorizes the written estimate.
4. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
To enable safe and code-compliant plumbing execution, the customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to relevant plumbing fixtures, main water shutoff valves, water heaters, crawlspace hatchways, cleanout ports, and side-sewer easements. Customers must secure pets and ensure working areas are reasonably clear of standing water hazards or electrical risks prior to technician arrival when possible.
5. Permits, Code Compliance & Inspections
Certain plumbing projects (such as water heater replacements, water service repiping, and side-sewer line excavations) require municipal permits under the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Snohomish County or local city building codes. When applicable, Hector Plumbing Solutions manages permit applications, and customers agree to facilitate access for municipal inspectors to conduct final reviews.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for completed plumbing services is due upon completion of work unless alternative written commercial invoicing terms have been established prior to dispatch. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank checks.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
